BCA Pretty in Pink

New Tutorial "Pretty in Pink"

October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month

  
 

Supplies:
I am using the art of Keith Garvey, tube "Felicity" and my Scrap Kit " Pink and Pretty" HERE
 
PSP X2, but should work in any PSP x or higher. Tested and does work with and up to psp 2018
Let's Begin
1. Open a new image. File> new> tick transparent box> 650 x 650. From this point forward, referred to as "tag". 
2. Open lace element from Scrap Kit, resize to 90%. Copy and paste onto tag image "as new layer" > merge visible. Close original image. Open crochet lace. Resize to 85%. Copy and paste onto tag "as new layer" >merge visible. Close original image.
3. Open Garv image, close off all layers in the layer palette except the bottom layer. Double click it. Decrease opacity to 50%. Resize the image to 85%. Copy and Paste onto lace on tag as "new layer" > merge visible. Close off original Garv layer in the layer palette and do not save changes. Open the third layer of the Garv image "Felicity". Resize to 75%. Image> mirror. Copy and paste onto the left side of tag as shown. Effects>3D effects>drop shadow. Selections> select none. Close original image. Do not save changes to Garv Tube.
4. Open rose petals. Resize to 55%. Copy and paste onto tag making sure it is centered with the bottom edge of image three pixel squares off the bottom of the tag. Effects> 3D effects>drop shadow> Selections> select none. Close original image. Do not save changes.
5. Open flowers. Resize to 55%. Copy and paste onto left side of tag image and place as shown. Effects> 3D effects>drop shadow. Selections> select none. Close original image. Do not save changes.
6. Open pear strand. Resize to 75%. Copy and paste onto tag at bottom edge of rose petals"as new selection". Effects>3D effects>drop shadow. Selections> select none. Close original image. Do not save changes. 
7. Open doves. Resize to 65%. Copy and paste onto tag "as new selection" and position as shown. Effects>3D effects>drop shadow. Selections> select none. Close original image. Do not save changes.
8. Open letters. Copy and paste two new images of letters. Close original. For the first one, resize to 40%. Copy and paste onto tag "as new selection". Position as shown. Effects> 3D effects>3D effects>drop shadow. Selections> select none. (Save the second one for step #10)
9. Open bottles. Resize to 20%. Clarify.  Copy and paste onto tag "as new selection". Effects> 3D effects>drop shadow. Selections> select none. Close original image. Do not save changes.
10. Get second image of letters. Resize to 25%. Copy and paste over bottles on tag and position as shown. Effects>3D effects> drop shadow. Selections> select none.
11. Open boxes. Resize to 30%, resize again to 85%. Clarify image. Copy and paste onto tag "as new selection". Effects>3D effects> drop shadow. Selections> select none. Close original image. Do not save changes.
12. Open boots. Resize image to 35%. Copy and paste onto letter boxes "as new image", positioning as shown. Effects>3D effects> drop shadow. Selections>select none. Close original image and do not save changes.
13.  Open heart and pearl ribbon dangle. Resize to 25%. Copy and paste onto tag "as new selection". Effects>3D effects>drop shadow. Selections> select none. Close original image and do not save changes.
14. Open butterfly. Resize to 20%. Clarify. Copy and paste onto tag "as new selection". and position as shown on the upper left area of tag. Effects>3D effects> drop shadow. Selections> select none. Close original image and do not save changes.

15. Once completed, resize the tag to 85%. Make sure you apply proper credentials for Keith Garvey or any other tube of choice. You must also credit "Scrapkit by ACowgirlsCreations" on your tag.
