I used drop shadow settings Vertical 2, Horizontal 1, blurr 2.00 and Opacity 100.

Let's Get Started

1. Open a new file in PSP, tick the transparent box and size 540 x 540 pixels . Flood fill file with color ##bbc0c1. Open mask of choice . Layers > new mask layer > from image .  Copy and paste new mask layer onto flood filled file " as new layer" Layers > merge visible. Delete mask .  Effects > filter/plugins > cybia screen works > dot screen. Layers > duplicate. Close off top layer in layers palette. Highlight bottom layer > adjust > add/remove noise > add noise > Settings : uniform , monochrome 45%.Click ok. Close botom  layer  and highlight and open top layer in layers palette > adjust > add remove noise > add noise > Settings > the same except change percentage to 55 % . Click ok . Highlight and open bottom layer and copy and paste into animation shop " as new animation" . Go back to psp, open top layer and copy and paste into animation shop " after current frame " . You should have two frames.

2. Open new file in psp , tick transparent box and size 540  x 540.  Open  SD lillies from kit. Resize to 85% > edit repeat resize 4 times more. Adjust > sharpen. Copy and paste onto tag/file " as new selection and position as shown keeping tip of right lillie in the 7th block from the top on right side of tag and in first block from right edge. Effects > 3D effects > drop shadow > selections > select none.  Left click on free standing lillie tube > image > mirror > copy and paste onto tag " as new selection" and position as shown keep left lillie in 3rd block from top and in first block from left edge. > Effects > 3D effects > drop shadow > selections > select none.

3. Open ribbon # 2 from kit . Image > resize to 85% > edit > repeat resize two times more. Adjust > sharpen> effects > 3D effects > drop shadow . Copy and paste onto tag " as new selection" and position bottom edge of left bow in the 8th block from bottom and stay two blocks off sides of tag > selections > select none.

4. Open  paint brush tool from left palette. Change foreground color in layers palette to black. Use floral brush of choice size 225 and left click on left side of tag , then image > mirror tag and  left click and brush on right side of tag . Image > mirror ( return to original )

 5. Open SD frame # 2 from kit. Image > resize to 85% > edit > repeat resize 3 times more > adjust > sharpen more > image > resize to 90%.  Open paper # 4 > image > resize to 45 % > adjust > sharpen more. . Get magic wand from selection tool > left click inside frame > selections > modify > expand by 1. Left click on paper # 4 > right click > copy > into selection > selections > select none.  Move this to the side for later step .

6. Get frame and paper from step 5 > left click > right click > copy and paste onto tag " as new selection"  and position as shown 5 blocks from top of tag and 4 blocks from sides of tag > effects > 3D effects > selections > select none.

7. Open tube of choice, I am using the tube called " stocking stuffer" .Image > grayscale> resize to 85% > adjust > sharpen. Get selection tool , change shape to circle. Pull out a head shot of tube . Look closely to judge the size to fit inside your frame . Edit > copy > paste " as new selection" onto frame and carefull position > selections > select none. Delete head shot but move tube to the side for later use.

8. Open piano from kit, Image > resize to 85% > edit > repeat resize 4 times more. Adjust > sharpen . Copy and paste onto tag " as new selection" and position as shown keeping farthest left leg of piano 4 blocks from bottom of tag and just 1 block off left side of tag > effects > 3D effects > drop shadow > selections > select none.

9.  Open SD rose from kit . Image > resize to 85%. Copy and paste onto right side of frame " as new selection"  , position so that top rose is in center of stripes on frame and is halfway down tag > effects > 3D effects > drop shadow > selections > select none.

10. Get artist tube set aside earlier. Copy and paste onto bottom of tag " as new selection" ,position as shown  to   keep elbows and knees two blocks off bottom of tag > effects > 3D effects > drop shadow.

11. Open champagne bottle from kit, resize to 85%. Edit > repeat resize 7 times more > adjust > sharpen > effects > 3D effects > drop shadow. Copy and paste onto tag " as new selection> and position as shown, two blocks from bottom of tag and just to the right of the keyboard as shown > selections > select none.

12. Open Champagne glasse from kit . Image > resize to 85% > edit > repeat resize 10 times more > adjust > sharpen more . Copy and paste onto tag " as new selection" and position first glass just in front of knee and in front of fingers on tube as shown> effects> 3D effects > selections > select none. Get glass again and copy and paste onto tag " as new selection " and position as shown with base of glass touching edge of leg and just beside champagne bottle > effects . 3D effects > drop shadow > selections > select none. Copy and paste glass again , stagger it and position just in front of 2nd glass as shown > effects . 3d effects > drop shadow > selections > select none.

13. Open old clock from kit . Image > resize to 85% . Edit > repeat resize 8 times more. Adjust>sharpen. Copy and paste onto top left part of frame " as new selection" , position as shown staying 6 blocks from left side of tag and two blocks from top > effects > 3D effects > drop shadow > selections > select none.  . Copy  and paste tag into Animation shop " as new animation" . Left click, then right click " duplicate " Left click on first frame of tag > edit > select all > edit > copy . Left click on first frame of

14. Open key from kit . Image > resize to 85% . Edit > repeat resize 8 times more > adjust > sharpen more. Layers > duplicate . Close off top layer in layers palette. Highlight bottom layer > adjust > add/remove noise > add noise > Settings : uniform , monochrome 45%.Click ok. Close botom layer and highlight and open top layer in layers palette > adjust > add remove noise > add noise > Settings > the same except change percentage to 55 % . Click ok . Highlight and open bottom layer and copy and paste into animation shop " as new animation" . Go back to psp, open top layer and copy and paste into animation shop " after current frame " . You should have two frames. Move aside for step 16.

15. Open a new file in psp size 540 x 540 color white. Copy and paste into animation shop " as new animation" , duplicate, you should have two frames. Left click on first frame of mask background . Edit > select all > edit > copy . Left click on first frame of white tag background > edit > select all > edit > paste into selected frame . Go back to animation shop and  left click on tag > copy > paste into Animation shop " as new animation " Right click " duplicate" .  Left click on first frame of tag > edit > select all > edit > copy > Left click on first frame of tagback / mask > edit > select all > edit > paste " into selected frame ".  Your tag, white background and mask should now be merged. 

16. Left click on first frame of key > edit > select all > edit > copy > left click on first frame of tag > edit > select all > edit > paste into selected frame " . Your key should now be merged with your tag.

17. Go back to psp .  Open string of beads from kit.  Image > resize to 85% > edit > repeat resize 2 times more. Adjust > sharpen more > image >resize to 90%. . Left click > duplicate >  Close off top layer in layers palette. Highlight bottom layer > adjust > add/remove noise > add noise > Settings : uniform , monochrome 45%.Click ok. Close botom layer and highlight and open top layer in layers palette > adjust > add remove noise > add noise > Settings > the same except change percentage to 55 % . Click ok . Highlight and open bottom layer and copy and paste into animation shop " as new animation" . Go back to psp, open top layer and copy and paste into animation shop " after current frame " . You should have two frames. Left click on first frame  > edit > select all > edit > copy > left click on first frame of tag > edit > select all > edit > paste into selected frame " . Your key should now be merged with your tag.

18. Apply proper credits to your tag  and save as PNG file.

Thank you for trying my tutorial . This tag was made last year  with another artists tube, but i liked it so well , I decided to make it with one of Barbara Jensen's tubes and write a tutorial for it.
