Let's Get Started

1. Open a new image in PSP  600 x 600. Tick transparent box . Flood fill with #0e750d.. Open WSL mask # 84. Layers > new mask layer > from image. Copy and paste onto flood filled tag " as new layer "  > layers > merge visible. Delete mask.

2. Open pearl scatters from kit. Image > resize to 85%. Adjust > sharpen. Copy and paste onto tag " as new layer" > layers> merge visible.

3. Open Ribbon 4 from kit. Copy > paste onto bottom of tag " as new selection" and position as shown> effects > 3D effects > drop shadow . Selections> select none.

4. Open pearl strand from kit. Image > resize to 85%. Adjust > sharpen. Copy and paste over bottom of ribbon 4 " as new selection" > selections> select none.

5. Open floral bouquet from kit. Image > resize to 85% > edit > repeat resize one time. Copy and paste onto right side of tag " as new selection" , position as shown on edge of mask > effects > 3D effects> drop shadow> selections> select none. Set aside.

6. Open frame # 4 and paper # 7 from kit.  Open new file in PSP same as before. Using selection tool, draw out a square area same size as frame > edit > copy > paste selection onto new file " as new layer ".  Copy and paste frame over paper to fit  " as new layer", use move tool to position if necessary . Layers > merge visible.

6. Open Garv tube , close off unecessary layers and highlight tube in layers palette. Left click on tube :> copy > paste onto frame " as new selection" , align bottom of tube with bottom of frame. Selections> select none. Effects >3D effects > drop shadow.  Set Aside .

7. Open  St Patrick's Day balloon from kit. Image > resize to 85% > adjust > sharpen. Copy and paste onto right side of tag " as new selection" > effects > 3D effects > drop shadow> selections> none.

8. Get frame with Garv tube > image > resize to 85%. Copy and paste onto tag " as new selection" and position as shown , be sure green flower on bottom of bouquet is showing > selections> select none.

9. Open bow keys from kit. Image > resize to 85% > Adjust > sharpen. Copy and paste over knot in balloon > effects> 3D effects > drop shadow> selections > select none.

10. Xero porcelain filter/plugin settings : Softness 25, Strength 35, Red 10, Green 45, Blue 10. Click OK . Add proper credits and and save as PNG file.
